At Home Pro Furniture, all sales are considered final. This means that all products we sell are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, regardless of the reason for the return or exchange request.
 

Exceptions

While we strive for accuracy in all orders, we understand that mistakes can happen. The following exceptions apply to our all sales final policy:

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange the item for the correct one or issue a refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a satisfactory solution. This may include repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty or not as described.
